Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a clear refund and cancellation policy for our customers. Please review the details below:
Booking & Payment Policy
Rooms are booked subject to final confirmation.
50% in advance at the time of making the booking.
Remaining payment needs to be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that above rates are per night rates and are subject to an additional 18% GST.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation charges.
If cancelled between 29 to 16 days before check-in: 50% cancellation charges.
If cancelled within 16 days before check-in: 100% cancellation charges.
Any amendments to bookings should be informed at least 7 days before the check-in date and any modifications shall be accommodated subject to availability.
Standard cancellation policy will apply if modifications shall result in cancellation.
The hotel will not be liable for any refund of unused services due to bad weather, flight cancellations, unexpected departures or no-shows.
Refund Policy
Refunds only through cash/cheque/bank transfer for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
Credit/debit card refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
For a refund request to be processed, please allow a minimum of 14 days from the date of the cancellation request.
No reduction from the package price can be claimed in case any meals/activities are not availed, or should any activities become unavailable on the day.
