Manual Extractions and Bean Varietals

Designed for those interested in the technical aspects of coffee, this session explores the geography of Indian coffee estates and plantations. The workshop focuses on the science of coffee extraction using various manual brewing methods.  

 

An experienced barista demonstrates the variables of grind size, water temperature, and pouring technique using eclectic manual equipment. Participants practice brewing their own cups, refining their understanding of craft coffee profiles.
