Seasonal Harvesting and Preservation
This hands-on workshop takes place within the property's organic farm and orchards during the harvest season. Participants spend the first hour gathering ripe fruits directly from the trees, learning about the agricultural cycles of the valley.
The second half of the session moves to the kitchen, where the harvested fruit is slow-cooked using traditional, small-batch preservation methods. The process yields a handmade jar of seasonal jam to take home as a tangible reminder of the orchard.
